Data Usage & Sharing

- Third-Party Services: We share data with Fillout (form hosting), Google Drive (CV storage), GoHighLevel (CRM and workflows), Zapier (integration), Google Analytics (website analytics), Google Ads (advertising), and, post-6 months, AWS Textract, Google Cloud Talent Solution, and IBM Watson (AI processing for candidate matching).
- International Data Transfers: Your data may be transferred to and stored in the U.S. (e.g., via Google Drive, GoHighLevel, Google Ads). We comply with applicable laws, such as GDPR’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure adequate protection.
- Retention: Personal Data, including CVs and AI-generated data, is retained for 12 months after submission unless You consent to longer storage. With Your explicit consent, we may retain Your data for up to 5 years to match You with future opportunities in the electrical engineering sector. Anonymized data (e.g., aggregated analytics) may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.
