Is this a staffing agency or recruiter service?

Talent Scope is not a traditional staffing agency. We offer an AI-powered subscription platform that connects you directly with qualified candidates, eliminating placement fees and streamlining the hiring process.

What if I don’t hire anyone?

No problem. There’s no obligation to hire. You can meet new candidates each month and only move forward when you find a great fit.

Can I request specific skillsets?

Yes. When you upload your job descriptions and define pre-qualifying questions, our AI uses that input to match candidates with relevant skills and experience. While we cannot guarantee a perfect fit every time, you will meet qualified, pre-vetted engineers aligned with your criteria and open to new opportunities.

Is uploading a job description mandatory?

Yes, uploading at least one job description is required to enable our AI to match you with suitable candidates.

Can I prioritize roles based on urgency?

Our system focuses on one main role per event to ensure precision and quality in AI matching. By narrowing the scope, we can deliver highly relevant candidates instead of diluting results across multiple roles. You can still upload up to two additional roles, and we’ll show a match percentage (0–100%) for each, but only the main role drives the selection process.
